My name is Matthew Grzesiak. I'm a classical piano player, fitness model, Pure Barre teacher, motivational speaker, author, cryptocurrency expert, online business creator, and life coach. I owe all of the successes in my life to one simple principle I learned over 20 years ago. I'm here to share that one powerful principle with you today. 

Executing this practical principle I discovered had worked like clockwork in everything I've done, and for a while I was riding high. I felt like I had found the cheat code to life. What I didn't realize at the time, is that I was totally neglecting some crucial foundational pillars of my health as I celebrated life. 

In the Spring of 2020, I hit an all time low when I landed in the hospital with serious life threatening health problems. In that moment, I made the decision to use the same principle I had been using in business in my personal life. Since then, I've overcome massive personal hurdles including beating severe high blood pressure, reversing unhealthy weight gain, crushing crippling anxiety (it was bad), resolving unexplored adoption identity issues, and owning up to my alcohol abuse. 

I did this by starting a better workout routine (shoutout to Pure Barre!), adopting healthier eating habits, permanently saying goodbye to alcohol, and working tirelessly to improve my general mindfulness.

It was the helpful principle that you’ll learn more about in my free talk, that was the constant in every one of my success equations. 

As a result of aligning my personal and professional goals into a manageable lifestyle, my conviction in my ability to continue to grow & change is at all time highs. My commitment to the processes I've implemented is unshakable, and I've never been more confident in my ability to help others.

How does my life coaching program work?

Everyone's goals and desires are different. With that in mind, we'll start with a consultation to get to the root of the problems that are preventing you from achieving your goals.

Once we establish the basics, we'll look forward to the future to create a vision of your ideal situation. I'm a big believer in manifesting, and journaling is a great place to start. 

We'll meet virtually once a week for 30 or 60 minutes to discuss your professional and personal goals. You will receive personalized writing prompts weekly with a summary of our previous session attached via email.

We will reflect on the positive from the past, strategize a plan of action for the present, and manifest your future one week at a time.

Working together, the fear of change will be erased, your belief in yourself will be solidified, and the seemingly insurmountable will be achieved, whatever that may mean to you. 

Who is one on one life coaching ideal for?

One on one life coaching is for you if the desire for change is somewhere already inside of you.

You'll be forced to take an honest look at yourself. This can be a difficult process as we work to overcome limiting beliefs, bad habits, and negative self-talk among other things. 

Also, know right in the beginning that there is no magic pill that will get you to where you want to be. Ultimately, you have total control of the outcome based on your willingness to commit to the process.

If these expectations seem reasonable, then we WILL work well together. 

Date and time of one on one life coaching?

For your weekly sessions, you pick the day and time that works best for your schedule.

Direct texting can also be enabled so you have access to me whenever you want to share your progress or ask a question.

What is the cost of life coaching?

The time duration of your weekly sessions, and client demand will determine your monthly fee.
